How to save money installing Speakers, you know where to get the wire. He he he.

Installing recessed speakers is alot easier than one might think. Especially if your home has already been pre-wired with speaker wire. It also is a cleaner more sophisticated look. But if your home is not pre wired with speaker cables, not to worry, it can also be easily installed. Today we focus on this installation video. This is one of the better videos on speaker installs. The only thing I would add is to use caution when cutting the sheet rock as to not cut into any electrical wires. In this video, the contractor is shows tips on installing/pulling electrical wire. The video shows an assortment of cable including VNTC Tray Cables and Communication Cable as well. I would imagine that you would have to be careful if pulling and installing Plenum cable since these are smaller Gauge can be damaged. Especially AWG Gauges such as 18/2, 18/4, 14/2, 16/2 and 12/2.
